The right hand page is a passageway. It may have an inspiring story about someone who has overcome that particular fear-evoking obstacle or the page may contain a quote, a poem, a proverb or scripture reading for you to affirm your inner strength. The left hand page is about the obstacle. It opens with a quote and is a direct message to you. At the end of the page is an opportunity step that requires you to take action. Within two pages you can examine the obstacle, focus on possibilities for you, and then exercise the opportunity step. Obstacles are a part of everyone’s life DNA.
